Delaware Court Upholds Intellectual Ventures’ Patents against Symantec

A jury in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware returned a verdict finding all three of Intellectual Ventures’ software security patents valid. Two of the patents were also found to be infringed upon by Symantec’s anti-virus and internet security products.
